Good stone,not polished and shiny but
The accessories are made of good stone...not polished or shiny but normal looking.Received an extra pump for soap dispenserLiked it and better than other purchases of mine of the same combination.Purchased ceramic ,fiber etc sets. But, the natural stone set is the best of all,classy in looks and attractive.

Soap Dispenser both Pumps are not functioning
Though the stone part is okay but pump dispensers, 2 and both are not functioning. So no option but either to return the whole package or just remove the soap dispenser.

Good Product - Bad delivery packaging
Loved the set.Sad part, the first time I got it delivered - it was broken due to bad packaging.BUT, then the replacement delivery was done with proper packaging.
