The ONLY nose vents to buy
Buy the SOFT in the size you need (if you're looking at these, you've already bought the "4 pack" of S/M/L/XL sizes). 12 for $10 is a FAR better deal than the 4 pack. Note ALL these nose vents appear to come from the same manufacturing facility, so it's only a question of price (and, these are the best priced, to date). NO ONE likes the "hard" version, and those are most of the negative reviews. Make sure you cut off the ends to fit the length you need for your nose, the S/M/L/XL establishes the circumference that fits in your nose without falling out, the length needs to be individually customized.

NOT SILICONE, many are plastic
Well, since it was advertised as "medical grade silicone" I would have expected to receive that. In fact, most of them were made of hard plastic which is not safe for putting up your nose for night sleeping of any length of time. It will wear at the nasal mucosa. So, the product is basically unusable. AVOID. Man, it's so hard to find good nose vents online. As soon as you find one, they go out of business or the product is discontinued on amazon. Good luck with the hunt - they work great for sleep apnea as long as you can find the lattice kind in the smallest size, made of soft silicone!!

These are a life saver for me.
First things first, it feels unnatural to cram something up your nose. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I use these almost constantly. I have a fairly agressively deviated septum. Snoring isn't a huge issue, but post nasal drip is. Every year for as long as I can remember I end up getting a really bad post nasal drip, which then causes throat irritation - just enough so I start developing tonsil stones, which adds the the inflation, which adds to the post nasal drip - vicious cycle. I had tried every medication under the sun, even an adjustable bed to keep me upright, but every year I'd end up in the ER with a script for strong antibiotics and steroids. Since using these, I've been able to mitigate the post nasal drip and aside from the yearly crud that makes it's way around town every Winter, I've been remarkably more healthy overall. I also use these while running. They don't make me faster, and I certainly don't look cool, but I can breathe much better!

Perfect! Buy them by size!
I need a rhinoplasty but my insurance won’t pay for it. My schnozzola is crooked! Breathing pathways are blocked easily. I use a Neti pot and medical salt regularly. But! I still need help to breathe at night.I tried the variety pack of the basket shaped ones. Found my size, but there were only two useful to me!I then tried the half and half variety pack like these, with basket types too, and discovered these were a bit more comfy.By now, I’ve figured out my size, and I’m very happy I can buy the soft silicone style in my size and use every one of them that’s in the container!Unfortunately, it took a while to get to this place.I buy two ten pair packs at a time, because they disappear! And I don’t find them later!

Real silicone, comfortable, stay in pretty well, helps me breathe!
These nasal dilators work great! They appear to be real silicone as they pass the pinch and twist test to see if they turn white, which would indicate fillers used in them. I use these for exercising and sleeping. They work great for both! They can come out a little at times, but I just push them back in. The little nubs on the edge are supposed to point forwards and fit into the end of your nose to help hold them in place. You will want probably a size larger than you think. I don't have that large of a nose, but I ended up with a medium. I tried a small and it was just too small. I thought the medium was too big, but it was just right, really helps me breathe. My septum is crooked, and I'm working on tongue posture to fix that. Tongue posture affects your face structure, and improper tongue posture creates sleep apnea over time as it narrows your breathing room behind your sinuses essentially. Your tongue should be stored in the roof of your mouth, touching all along the roof of your mouth. This pressure helps expand your dental arch, creating room for all your teeth without crowding, and pushing your front of your face forward slightly which creates room for breathing. There are dentists now who use devices to fix this, such as the Myobrace and Vivos. Mewing is a popular thing on YouTube which got its name from Dr. Mew who has brought attention to proper tongue posture. I used to keep my tongue in the bottom of my mouth and only corrected it in the last couple months. However, there is much more room in the roof of my mouth than when I started already, and it feels natural to have my tongue up there, whereas when I started it felt totally weird and cramped. Your bone is constantly remodeling, it is not static, so these changes are definitely possible. I'm hopeful someday I won't even need these nasal dilators. One more thing, it is important to breathe through your nose because you get nitric oxide that way. Any time you can breathe through your nose, you should breathe through your nose. Sleeping and exercising especially. Keeping your mouth closed while sleeping can be tough though. I have to switch to a thinner pillow to accomplish this. Some people use mouth tape or a chin strap, I tried both but they interrupted my sleep a lot, so I went the less pillow route. I wake up much more refreshed when I keep my mouth shut at night, when before I used to wake up feeling like I got hit by a truck! Good luck!!

These cones work! They keep your nose open to breathe
I appreciate using these nasal cones very much! They keep my nose breathing easily through my sleep. The breathe easy strips had to been causing skin irritation ( for me I have very sensitive skin ) These cones are on the inside and cause none of that. They're comfortable. I wash them and use them again and again. I like this product very much. spell push to get to stay tomorrow when the kinds there is a small tab that goes upwards pointing towards your eyes that holds it inside of your nose in the right place. I'm having problems with my ears and this has helped my ears to be able to equalize (pop) great product unbelievably good price.

Helped me with my nose breathing
I've been having nose breathing issues forever. This definitely helped me somewhat during my sleep. It actually improved my nose breathing overall even when not sleeping, so much so that I use this when bicycling now. xDSimple yet efficient. No complaints.

They work!
These actually work!! They haven't stopped my husband from snoring completely (he has sleep apnoea and should use his CPAP machine but he finds it too uncomfortable) but made it sound far less horrific and he certainly doesn't make me fantasise about smothering him quite so much. We both get a better sleep, and he hasn't once complained about wearing them which is a first. Really recommend trying these, I was dubious they'd work but was so desperate I tried them anyway.

I modified these vents as soon as I got them, so the review is not of the original vents.
I like that you get 12 of the same size, because my nose doesn't change size.I cut the protuberance off all the cones because I tend to get injuries inside my nose and I don't see the need for something projecting out.The cones are strong and stiff, and so far haven't damaged my nose, but it would have been nice to have some that were a bit more flexible for times when my nose feels a bit more sensitive.Overall I'm very satisfied, as they do help my breathing at night a lot.

It works!
I’ve tried so many things over the years to help stop snoring. Nothing has ever worked. I went searching for something to help with congestion and ended up looking at this product; not holding out much faith I decided to give it a go. Even if it just helped me breathe easier at night it would be worth it. And I was really pleased to find it helps a lot with that.Anyway, I’ve been using it a few nights now, and today my daughter said to me “did you not sleep last night? Because I couldn’t hear you snoring!” .... I couldn’t believe it!! This really does work!!!

Buy buy buy......****"
Perfect nasal dilators, soft yet strong enough to allocate air to pass through my nostrils with ease, after an operation on my nose went wrong I'm left with a very small nasal passage and struggle to breathe at nights but these help so much and are actually comfy, great value and great quality.
