Pros:1.Quite filling and is a good alternative to avoid binge eating junk2. Taste isn't too bad given that it's primarily millet based, it's drinkable. (If you're looking for something that tastes great then this isn't for you)3. Use it during the day after my workout and I feel great after drinking it.Cons1.The packaging was completely messed up. The box was almost falling apart but the contents inside was sealed and not tampered.2. There is no shaker with the box.3. I would say a homemade protein mix would be a lot more healthier if you are looking at this from a workout standpoint.Overall, it's not extremely great but it's easy to mix and gets the job done if you don't have much time during the day

A Very Healthy Option
I was a little bit doubtful about the taste of millets in a health drink. But wanted to give it a try, millets being a healthy option over other things. My son loved it and that was a big surprise and relief for me. It tastes much better than all other health drinks out in the market.I like the fact that it has jaggery, not sugar. In fact, I have subscribed to it so that I never run out of it.Thanku Amazon for this lovely concept of subscription. I have done it first time.

Insects inside the sachet
The media could not be loaded. Overall a good product and nice taste. I am a regular consumer of this product. This time I faced a terrible situation. Of the 15 sachets in the pack, I have consumed 3 already. This morning when I emptied the contents of one of the sachets, I could see live insects inside. Somewhere the quality check has failed. I shudder to use this again.

Very filling
I usually hate health smoothies, but this tastes great! And it mixes well in milk. Doesn't taste as well with milk substitutes. It forms a thick evenly consistent smoothie that's not too sweet... I have it instead of dinner and it fills me up just fine.

Breakfast on the go
Love this product. Slightly expensive, but well the idea is to combine both health and convenience so you have to take that into consideration. Balanced flavors, makes for a perfect breakfast on busy days. Better than downing protein shakes or meal replacement shakes, those can give you stomach issues at times. Would love to see more flavor variations, and bigger packs-like a monthly value pack.
