I highly recommend this couch for a studio or small apartment. Here are the reasons why:1. It looks very classy, it’s comfortable and is well-engineered. The reason it fits in a small box is that it is modular & the cushions are vacuum packed (like a “mattress in a box) and expands after opening.2. They have responsive customer service if you email them through Amazon with questions.3. Shipping was fast and on-time4. It is a good value for the price.Here are a few tips that will help you complete installation in approx. 20min.: When attaching the seat back, note that the extra fabric goes in the middle (this helps you determine which one goes on the left vs the right). Thread the metal piece on both sides of the seat back over the corresponding metal pieces on the base of the couch; confidently push it down so it clicks & is secure (then repeat on the second half of the couch). You can use a flat head screwdriver to lift up the square tab if you need to try again. It’s great to have two people, but the couch can be assembled by one person, if needed.It’s an amazing couch for a small space!

In the pics I used my 10 yr old niece as reference to its size. Not very tall and shorter than your average couch. Otherwise cute, fabric is well made and a perfect teal blue color. Assembly was easy until in came to attaching the two sections together. It required 3 bolts but the 3rd was to close to the wood framing it the corn that the head of the bolt couldn't turn. But it's not needed for any function other than keeping them together and there are two legs at that particular point for stability. Otherwise easy to assemble, sturdy enough but I wouldn't recommend if it's going to be lived in. Not a Netflix and chill kind of couch lol. More of a thank you for coming, have seat kind of couch. What do I care I have a perfect recliner/lift chair lol!

This is a great sofa that was exceptionally well designed for easy transport. All furniture manufacturers should look into doing this! We spent hours browsing furniture sites for a sofa we could carry up stairs, down a narrow passage way and through the door...all by ourselves as two older adults. Found this one and ordered it. Shipping was extremely fast (3 days from Texas to northern Virginia) and the box was indeed small. But having some physical issues, we checked inside. Eureka! We could simply pick up the pieces and carry them into the house w/o any effort, so no need to even bother with the box. The cushions were vacuum packed and expanded upon opening. The gray color was a bit darker than what it showed on our computer screen, which was welcomed. The contents were secured within the frames by a fabric covered stick that you pull away and off. The back frame and bottom frame snapped together easily and then the two chair-like pieces were pulled together and secured by a few thumb bolts/screws. Please note that the two inch fabric strips must go in the center as another reviewer also mentioned. After assembly, the sofa looked wrinkled as cushions needed time to "plump" out. To speed that up, we simply took our iron, put it on steam, and ran it over the fabric. Presto! wrinkles gone. The sofa sits quite low which is okay for us. We may add risers down the road to bring it up a bit higher. During the entire process, we noticed that, should we move, the sofa can easily be disassembled - another plus. All in all, very pleased with this easy-to-manage sofa.

For a sofa that I was able to carry up to my second floor apartment in a box and assemble in an hour or so without any help, the LifeFair Loveseat is pretty nice. It's not the softest, comfiest sofa I've ever had, and it doesn't look super fancy (note: you might want to try a colored version, the gray is rather dark and doesn't seem to have that 'new couch' look)- however, it doesn't look or feel super cheap either, it's comfortable enough to lounge on, and it is reasonably large and plenty sturdy. My only real complaint is that the cushions seem permanently wrinkled from the compression during delivery, some more than others.All in all, the fair price and extremely convenient delivery/assembly makes this a nice selection for an apartment dweller looking to add some affordable seating, especially if there are smaller doorways that might have trouble with a pre-assembled couch.

I purchased this couch based on the good reviews. So I was unpleasantly surprised when I received this. First of all, it is way too low to the ground for an averaged size guy. I didn't get a feel for the low height based on the pictures. I also didn't like the feel of the material itself, it was too gritty and felt like there was some chemical on it. I always wanted to wash my hands after touching it. I also thought it was cheaply made and was of poor quality. I managed to disassemble it and get it back in the box for a return but is was extremely difficult to do so.

This couch is made for small rooms, and that is what you get. Very low to the ground. Seats 3, but middle seat is on the split between two cushions, so not very comfortable. Have to assemble and nstructions and product not marked correctly. Still, pretty easy to put together. It's a decent couch, you get what you pay for, so the value is appopriate.

I have bought a ton of things from Amazon and this is by far my worst purchase. First, this couch is very, very low to the ground. I feel like I am sitting in a kindergarteners chair. Then, when I sat on it for the first time, I heard a big crack. The cushions ate SO thin that you feel the boards beneath them and it is not comfortable at all. While, I am guessing that i could get the wrinkles out with an iron, the whole appearance is cheap. I am guessing this couch would last a few months at most. I will be asking for a refund and for the seller to pick up the couch. There will not be any way to put it back in the box. I will update on how they handle the return. I love amazon and am a frequent shopper. This is my first really bad experience.

The sofa is unexpectedly comfortable. It's a little bit bigger than a loveseat (imho). We were surprised how easy it was to assemble the sofa. Overall - very happy.
