Material is longer than the arms of my existing parasol mechanism and do not reach the 'cups'
You know that lovely feeling you get when something you've bought online turns up promptly and looks to be just what you wanted? Yeah, no. Says it's a shade for a 2.7 but the material is longer than the arms for my James Bently 2.7 crank mechanism and subsequently do not reach the 'cups'. It looks like the material has been stitched too low down at the crown under the vent, 2 inches difference. So, do I have the hassle of unstitching and re sewing or having to buy a whole new umbrella even though the mechanism is in perfect nick? Not happy, I would have though arm length for a stated 2.7 should be standard.....really think this is a stitching fault.

Love the grey shade. Excellent replacement.
Excellent replacement cover for my existing parasol frame – fits perfectly, fabric of good thickness and quality, decent finish – although, if one wanted to be picky, the bit of cover on top (the piece of fabric acting as a wind vent), a little twisted on edging seam, but this is not really noticeable. Overall quality seems there – but, time will only tell…Colour even better than expected, fabulous – bought the grey – actually should be described as mid charcoal grey – super stylish.In fact rather glad had to replace my old cover ;) – this one complements my garden so much better :)

Fitted with ease and as good as original
Previous Kettler canopy eaten by mice so needed a spare. Kettler dont supply spares, so bought one of these. Only a few months into the year, but OK so far

Excellent supplier
This appeared to be very well made and was promptly delivered. However it had to be returned as the parasol was an odd size (no fault of the cover). The supplier arranged for a refund. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

A good replacement canopy
Brilliant, I needed a new canopy for our wind up banana parasol and this fitted easily. It feels like a good quality product, it has a nice weight to the fabric.
