No problems. Came rapidly.

This is a great mannequin head. The hair pattern falls nice and the amount of hair falls in the medium density range. The tripod hole is nicely sized so she doesn't keep slipping off my stand then I'm brushing or pulling on her hair.

She looks perfect and she didn't shed as much as the one I purchased several years ago.

I used this for my state board testing and passed. I was a little worried when it arrived because it looked like it had already been layered in the back and I’m used to doll heads having a pretty equal length all the way around. I wondered if the proctor would think I cut it already, but obviously it wasn’t a problem. The hair isn’t amazing but wasn’t expecting it to be. It sheds like crazy! It curled and held the style + I could comb through it pretty easily. If you need something that cost a little less than the standard ones then this is your girl.

I have to admit that this mannequin is very pretty but it isn't the best one to buy. The order was completed and it came on time but this mannequin sheds a lot . No matter if I am brushing or combing, her hair sheds and patches are left in the comb. Hopefully after some work, the big shedding will stop but other than the shedding that isn't my favorite thing dealing with, she is pretty ok. Diane Reese is much better and I did not get too much shedding when I purchased Reese. I would compare this mannequin to the Marianna mannequins

This mannequin is listed as a level 4 but in reality it’s a level 6 just not want I was looking for

I used this mannequin in cosmetology school and it's not horrible but it's not the best either. The hair is extremely thin at the ends so if you are planning on using this to practice braids or up-do's I would definitely look for another mannequin. The hair is a decent length, but I would not say it is 18-20 inches just because of how thin and scraggly the ends are. The hair stands up well to colour and lightener but it can get dry and brittle very easily if you don't take the proper precautions. If you give it a good haircut this mannequin is definitely worth the price if you're looking to practice colour or state-board. However, if you're planning on buying it for braiding or up-do's you'd be better off with a different mannequin.
