Great for snorkeling safety
Perfect visible brightly colored buoy to use as a drag bad for snorkeling. I needed a bright highly visible floating mark where I was snorkeling. The dive flag priced at this price point had poor reviews since the flags kept falling over. I decided on the one and have not regretted it. Deflates and inflates easily and can be stored flat. Plus contains an area which is dry for phones. Connects around waist with an adjustable belt.

Inexpensive and effective safety buoy
I purchased this swim buoy to use during my annual 2 month trip to Roatan where I snorkel every day. This swim buoy is excellent safety device to mark your location when snorkeling out on the reef. It is brightly colored for visibility, has a dry compartment for keys, flip flops, etc and it is light weight with very little drag. I bought a second one as a backup.

Eco-Friendly PVC !?!?
The package says "Eco-friendly PVC." People will do anything nowadays to sell their product as eco-friendly, including blatantly lying. PVC (and anything with the word "vinyl" in it) is bad bad bad for the environment as well as human health. Even the packaging is made of PVC. I shouldn't have bought this in the first place.

Great. Works as described
Love it. Use it when I swim across they Bay at a lake so boats can see me. Not sure if the dry packet section works or not. Need to test with a tissue in it first before I trust it with a valuable item. Belt is adjustable and fits nicely. Inflates quickly and easily. Also has a convenient handle for carrying.

Valve doesn’t work
Valve was broken from the start. Never held air. Don’t waste your money

Secure easy to use. Swimmer not distracted by it
Great for open water swim safety. Can hold car keys and phone although I’ve not used it for phone as other fellow swimmers have. Lifeguards and swim coaches love them because they can See swimmers in water even with waves. Stay on securely and no fuss

Perfect for open water swimming!
The band is easy to adjust depending on your measurements. Easy to inflate and deflate. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the dry bag portion does not stay completely dry for me.
