When in the kitchen, I have to have music to go with my kitchen duty flow. I enjoy listening to music from Cd's , cassesettes, and the radio. However, when in the kitchen, the "boom box" has a tendency to just stop playing home burned CD's . This happens approximately five times a a month and it is very annoying. But overall I would give the CD boom box a 90% rating.

Appears-to be a good design. Sound quality somewhat muffled, treble could be improved, products ability to withstand impact questionable as it is mostly made of Plastic material .

It's a very nice unit with easy controls for volume and station; has 3 keys for saving your favorite stations; cd and tape player are fine. For my musician ear, it did seem like a somewhat muffled tone. Otherewise,a good piece of equipment.

Sound ok, not great. It’s a boom box, don’t expect anything more.

I nneded something to play my CD's and Cassettes... I can now listen to music that I have not listened to in YEARS... I MISS my Vinyl...

My Bose crapped out for the 3rd time and was out off warranty so I chucked it. I needed something to play CD's and some old cassettes on, this does the job!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife. I made the mistake of not purchasing a warranty. After 5 months the cd player stopped working. It was not even played all that much. That's what I get for relying on the Sony name.

Sony is a good brand... have always use. Sony... great sounds.. playes... cd, radio, cassettes.. and now Bluetooth.. as well as I can record my own music.. Awesome.
