Virtually identical to the OEM version, a great quality replacement. Only problem is that it is a slightly loose fit on the gearstick but this is simple to fix - just wind some electrical tape around the gearstick before fitting. There is a replacement gearstick adapter provided but that was an equally loose fit and looked to be horribly difficult to fit.
